Hi, Darin Soltis was great and so far he seems to have helped resolve our problem. He was very nice, professional and appeared knowledgeable. However, my overall experience would be below average with this particular multi-visit repair to a brand new system. As part of an oil to gas conversion, Bruni & Campesi installed our new boiler a couple of months ago. The system was supposed to have been fully tested following the installation. The system has not been working correctly - putting strain on the motors. The first technician misdiagnosed the issue. My husband spent many hours over what was supposed to be his Thanksgiving vacation figuring out what was actually wrong. Not to mention the days we spent in a cold house. We discovered as part of this process that we were also never sent the manuals and other important paperwork that we should have received after the installation. We use B&C because it is a professional outfit, so I was very surprised at the multiple mess ups. The most recent service from Darin was the highpoint in a frustrating, time-consuming process.
